28/03/2025‏ LULU HYPERMARKET deserves a solid 5/5 rating for its exceptional service and offerings. The aisles are well-organized, making it easy to find everything on my shopping list. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Fresh bakery is great, having very nice products, the wide range of bread, fatayer and cakes are amazing, the electronic section is great with great deals and prices, Fresh produce, a wide variety of products, and reasonable prices contribute to an overall outstanding shopping experience. I highly recommend this Lulu to anyone in search of quality and convenience!

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes—poor management, especially considering people are queuing during Ramadan

Rude Staff in the electronics section. I asked my son to go to Lulu Hypermarket in Dibba to buy some gift items. My son was trying to show me the items on offer through a video call but a rude staff member started telling him off saying things like 'why are you asking about the prices and taking photos,
this is not good'. My son tried to explain that he is simply showing the product to me (his mother) so that I can guide him on what he can buy. No photos were taken since i was already in Video call with my son. Staff name is Saud and my son is just 15 years old.

Th worst costumer service ever. I bough an AC from them one week ago…they came to install which took whole day….than it was too late to install the compressor they came after two days after taking my whole day they told me it’s not working so they return a day after than they told me the ac is not working it needs to be changed ,accordingly I contacted again to the costumer service they were supposed to come the best they . Now it’s 2nd day is finishing no one appears. They took my whole day of waiting in very hot house + that I’m in my last month of pregnancy. I call to ask them again when they will come because it’s my right to get my stuff done on time. With unhappy vibes costumer service is telling me tomorrow.

I hope they are reading it now. If tomorrow no one appears I’ll straight go to the Hypermarket with police.

Today i tryed a shawarmma from lulu dibba branch... Its the worst shawarmma i ever had... With chicken uncooked flesh.. 🤢🤮
