Good Service Centre for Tires. I got my Michelin car tires for my Porsche quickly. which many other center's had a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. They also very proactive and helpful when I went for rotation
Poor customer focus. Advised of budget and needs. Salesperson told us a price that did not fit on our requirements. When we find a better deal he gets upset.

Very pathetic service no customer care and having no any commitment… never ever visit for the services…. And don’t believe on them… if you will change the tyre they will charge for alignment separately… so be carefully..
Worst place ever. I just visited the shop and asked the sales person all options he was just avoiding to provide better options which I know are available. He told me with all words out of context to go and check other places without me actually asking his opinion on that. He also pointed at 22:10 for the watch saying he is closing 22:30. He also had the gut to serve a call and a customer while making me wait . I am a way better served in any shop at Mussafah. This place once also sold me an defected battery and the manager told me with all confidence “ this is last time” like the other doesnt have a warranty. I would not recommend this place with people that lack of manner with customers which are not familiar with their style of customer. I demand more respect in treating clients specially females. I dont usually complain here but enough is enough.
