"Amazing Products & Outstanding Service" I bought a Rayvolt Beachin and this was one of the best buying experiences ever. It started with a very smooth WhatsApp conversation with Kiro, super friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. A visit to the store had been agreed which I changed at the last minute, but Selen took over from Kiro and showed me the products at the store. A test ride was possible right away and again the whole customer approach from Selen was first class. I loved the bike so it was down to finalise the specs and delivery with Kiro. A beautifully designed store. The electric bicycles and vehicles truly have a unique and vintage design, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Additionally, there is even an option to take a test ride! This is great because you can experience the details of using the product and how it feels.

Overall, terrible experience with the purchase of a 20k luxury bike The seller does not know anything about the bike and makes up stuff when doesn't know an answer - told me the pedals are metal when I just now saw they're actually plastic - ⁠told me the max speed is 60km/h when I see on the app and bike it's actually 50km/h - ⁠scratched my frame when trying to remove the battery as he didn't know it unlocks in 2 places - ⁠didn't tell me I need an app to ride the bike. Didn't even mention it - I ended up pedalling the heavy bike back to store with no support as the electric system showed an error - ⁠there was no support when I told him I want to see the bike in real life - he just showed me pictures and said it's the same when the color in pics is completely different- what's the point of a shop if I cannot see the bike?? - ⁠I spent an hour in the shop then trying to fix the error myself with the manager on the phone - ⁠when discussing the price, he gave me inappropriate proposals like going for a dinner with him - ⁠the steering wheel was not aligned when I picked up the bike - ⁠the front lamp is not there as it appeared on some pics on the website - ⁠Most importantly, the bike was given with zero documents!!! Not even one paper - just the charger and that's it! How can it be legit luxury bike?? Where's my warranty? When buying a luxury bike, I want a smooth process, not being lied to and other inconveniences. Bikes are interesting - but if you want to buy one, be prepared for a headache with these guys.

The Jura Store is a must-visit for bike enthusiasts! The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, the quality of their products is exceptional, and their bikes truly stand out with unique features you won't find elsewhere. I recently bought a Rayvolt XOne for my son, and now I'm planning to get a Lampago Trike for my wife. Special thanks to the store manager, for her excellent advice and detailed information!
