bad service experience i sent a samsung tv for service they said service charge 1200 dhs so buy a new tv and send it back i agreed i got the tv back i gave it out and got it repaired for just 150 dhs this is the condition only cheating is their main job ๐๐ป๐๐ป
Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I called them yesterday and for further reference texted on WhatsApp aswell with details of the accessory I needed, and received no response. When I called today for an update, the staff member was rude and refused to give their name.Unprofessional and unhelpful.
Gave my AOC monitor 4 weeks ago, they send SMS saying its repair is complete please collect after 24 hours, I came for collection all the way and they are telling that my device is approved for replacement, and I need to just call a phone number to initiate it.
I went there with a Arabic Customer because they Donโt know how to talk Arabic and that customer canโt Speech English.. so i am Suggesting please Hire some Arabic Customer Service as well because you are working as a Arabic Country..
Unprofessional staff , doesn't know what they should be doing .went for my PS5 controller which is under jumbo warranty but the dumb ass staff doesn't know what that means
