If it was possible to give .5 stars, i wouldve done that. Went for laptop lcd repair, quoted 750 price then later after a day was quoted 850. Took almost two weeks to get the laptop back. Upon recieving the laptop the new lcd is not at all the correct one. Then later found out it was not the original correct display and they didnt tell me that. Gave me incorrect display after telling me the one fitted is the correct one. They said the original accurate display for my laptop was around 1650-1800. They could have told me that from the beginning. Instead they fitted the incorrect display. Will never bring any products here for repair ever again. Highly unsatisified with their lack of communication and honesty
They collect my samsung charg adapter and accepted for repair which was under warranty and mention 2 days response. Now more than a week no any reply. I visit twice they reply other agent will come and deal come again
Worst service center service, Samsung official provide the details of the charge for replacement for mobile display 715dhs, jumbo service center asking 1200 dhs for same service. It's Samsung official service center and they all givin false information to customer. Everytime i reach Samsung gulf support, each agent provide different price's. In the end price came up so high that i can buy new mobile of same model for that price of replacing display only. This is the worst service ever, im really disappointed Samsung customer service. Im a loyal Samsung customer since Note 1, but now im considering apple provide way better customer service. Its time to give up Samsung products. Scamming customer's money for cheap service. What a bad customer service team. yu don't deserve even one ⭐
Wrong location of the service center on Google. If you asked Samsung contact center they will give you Jumbo shop in Manar which is not a service center any more. They relocated to Nakheel area. Who cares this RAK anyway not Dubai nor Abu Dhabi.
Wrong location.. if they can’t be bothered to correct their location then I can’t trust them repairing my equipment.
