I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your jumbo service center. After waiting for three weeks, we were finally informed that the spare part for our dyson v15 is not available. This delay in communication is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. we purchased the vacuum a year ago from jumbo and still its under warranty. I expected better service specially the item is quite pricy. Please address this issue promptly, as this experience has seriously diminished my trust in your company.😤
