1 star I am absolutely FURIOUS with Jumbo Electronics Service Center! My Dyson vacuum cleaner had multiple issues, and after three times of servicing, it's STILL not working properly. In fact, it’s WORSE now — they clearly damaged it during their so-called "repairs." Now they have the nerve to tell me I need to pay AED 180 JUST to check and tell me what's wrong?! Are you serious? YOU broke it, and now I have to pay again? This is NOT what I expected from a brand like Dyson, but more than that, Jumbo’s service is completely unacceptable. Unprofessional, careless, and totally disappointing. I regret ever trusting them with my device. Save yourself the trouble — if you value your time, money, and sanity, stay away from this service center. Never again.
I recently visited the service center and had an excellent experience. My phone was repaired under warranty very quickly, within 24 hours. The device was returned to me with a lot of warmth and excellent service. Special thanks to the staff member, Aleesia, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous. It was truly a wonderful service experience. Highly recommend their services!
Very bad service in the reception lady is right it my number rong after 14 days I went she said your number is not working I was call and ask service center they said your michene is ready you go collect all everyone unprofessional
We requested a repair service for our dishwasher from Samsung. They gave us an appointment but they did not show up until I called again, and they came at Iftar time. The 2 guys only looked at the water hose and cleaned the filter using a brush and a towel from our house instead of them bringing their own equipment. Then, before leaving, they said we need to change the water hose inlet and the service team will call. The next day we received a call saying that we need to change the water hose and the air breaker and it will cost 700 aed to repair it. Keep in mind I bought the dishwasher for 1200 aed. The technician changed their words when they went to service center. They did not mention at home that we need to change the air breaker and they did not even open the dishwasher to check on it. Customer service was beyond terrible. I'm never buying any Samsung product ever!
Worst experience ever with @jumbo electronics customer service. I gave my @Sony headphones for repair and it is day 11 and there is no update on it. I was told that replacement will be ready in 5 days. When you call contact center, they have one fixed line that someone from customer service will call and bo one calls. When I call the customer service then the call never goes through.
