I have purchased close 10 Apple Phones, Mac Book and other items from your outlet in Nakheel. Someone from the Manar Mall outlet called me and informed me that I had won 10g of gold even though I had never entered any competition or put my name and details in any list. When I went to collect this I was informed that the Manager was not present and to return on another day. As such I visited the outlet 2 more times and was informed on those times as well that the manager was not there. After 2 months of wasting my time I received a call today asking me to come. However when I went again I was told that the Manager was not there, and the Manager needed to be present to take photos or something. This is such a waste of my time. Please note even at this moment I am wearing almost 3 Kg of Gold items. As such please give the 10g that was supposedly a gift to me to some needy person. Being such a long standing and good customer previously, I am so frustrated about how my time was wasted by the Manar Mall outlet. I will be informing everyone I know not to use Jumbo Electronics in the future. Dharmasiri Perera
