Branch timings say that the shop open at 10:00 AM on Friday, however, i went at 8:45 AM to wait in line for the new iphone, and i found the shop opened already and stock was finished. Very bad experience.

First time visitor, was looking for Sony Headphones. But the service was bad. He clearly didn't want to be there. He'd make a face every time I asked a question about the product and wouldn't look at me or my husband in the eye. It was a very off-putting experience. I wanted to get out of there asap.
One of the worst electronic shop in uae that is called jumbo. I purchased one samsung mobile after 10days it was more heating .then i went that shop i told them the issue .they they are send to service centre. After 4 days they are return back the mobile and they said there is no issues in your mobile now you can use and it wiil not come again that issue.after 1 hours same issue was came.... workinf staff is very cheating the customers.
The worst place to purchase. I had an experience when I went there to purchase a phone. Because of heat I was feeling sick, even after asking many times for tissue paper and water they didn't even bother to give any. Finally after asking for many times, a girl working there provided me some water. It was such a horrible experience. I felt like even if I fallen on the floor they wouldn't care. Also, not mention, they were trying to sell me more and more things when I was feeling sick and sitting down. Could you be more cruel? I had to beg the employees to stop. Still they didn't. And the noise, oh my god. You have no idea how unprofessional the employees are. They are literally shouting at one an another, they don't care customers are there and they will feel uncomfortable. THEY ONLY SEE YOU AS A CASH COW. NO HUMAN VALUES, NO EMPATHY NOTHING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER GOING BACK.
