Highly Satisfied with Their Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with this service center for my 2008 SWB Pajero. The team, including both the workers and the owners Mr .Pushpan and Mr.Sreejith is trustworthy and professional. Their pricing is transparent, with a fixed list for predefined services, which greatly enhances trust and eliminates any confusion when deciding on the work to be done. The service itself is outstanding. A special mention to the advisor, Mr. Vishnu, who is extremely supportive and responsive to all our queries and doubts. While he might occasionally miss calls 🤭 due to managing other clients, he promptly replies to WhatsApp messages and provides regular updates with photos upon request, keeping us well-informed throughout the process. I’ve had a couple of maintenance jobs done here, including replacing differential bushes, solenoid switches, inhibitor switches, and gear oil (they sourced genuine Mitsubishi oil as per my request), along with other works. The quality of their service has left me 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and transparent automotive services! The only issue is that they don’t have branches in Dubai, and for a customer from Dubai, reaching the place is a bit time-consuming. However, it’s worth the effort. I’m planning to stay in touch with them for my next cosmetic upgrade for my ride. They’ve already provided me with estimates and alloy wheel details, so I’m building up the plan.

I went from Dubai to this garage because a friend of mine introduced to me this garage as a specialist for Pajero .My car is diesel,it is not so rare diesel Pajero cars in UAE and this was the reason to travel 45 min to Sharjah .The owner promised me that he knows the car and because he didn’t have all the parts he asked to go next morning to finish the repair .Next morning the owner without informing me in advance and when I reached the garage told me that he didn’t have oil filter for diesel and that the dealer is on the way to garage .One and half hour later still we didn’t have the filter and when I became upset the owner brought from the warehouse a filter. He promised me that this is the filter for my car but when I asked him why all this time didn’t bring it started telling weird things like I didn’t know is there . Conclusion: I m sure that he didn’t know my car and its spare parts .Plus he delayed me with no reason .This place is not specialist in Pajero at least for diesel and they are not honest because he could tell that I do t deal with diesel but I ll fix your car . 0 stars for service 0 stars for trust and honesty

I’m a first owner of a 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero, so I make sure that I thoroughly maintain & meticulously take care of it liked a baby. Recently I went offroading and camping with my family the other night, but unfortunately when we were about to head home, I suddenly faced quiet a lot of issues, liked my fan suddenly didn’t work, my 4x4 gear didn’t engage back to its 2-wheel drive plus my ABS wheel sensor became more faulty (though I’ve been searching high and low, hence sick and tired looking for a mechanic and garage who can fix this issue for almost a year). So without further a do and has been advised by a very good friend of mine, Brother Amrit Ghimire who happened to be a professional offroader as well, to go straight to this garage, so I undoubtedly drove to them yesterday in the morning. The Manager Mr. Pushpan was very kind to accommodate me right away despite the fact that their garage is busy. I felt home because they have a very welcoming staff liked Mr. Vishnu plus their Waiting Area is amazingly clean, cozy, has free wifi and cold water. What I love about Jasr is that they have professional mechanics liked Anil, Sreemon & Neebu that are friendly, talks good english and communicates very well by addressing the problem accordingly and specifically. And after patiently waiting, they did fixed all of my Pajero’s problems especially with my ABS Sensor that wasn’t resolved for a long time in which they successfully found and replaced, they also reconnected my kill switch, redo a lot of wirings especially for my offroad lights and Fan Relay, giving 𝗝𝗔𝗦𝗥 𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗔𝗛𝗗𝗔 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 a Perfect 5-out-of-5 Star Rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended to Everyone and a Real Deal Mitsubishi Pajero Specialist. Make sure to double check everything they do, send videos with updates and showing actual job done! I believe in second chances… but this is not right… Returned my car 3 times for the same issue, and boss him self refused to do air intake smoke compression test for oil leak in upper engine… Keep up the good work I had no choice but to take to another garage and do the test to that proved the job they said they did was a lie… They don’t communicate properly before they fit you second hand parts thinking they will save you few dirhams instead of bringing car back 3 times cost me more then the part it self…

They dont know pajero work. I went for a starting Issue due to flood and also i told him about it. Every time i go there he change starting motor 4 time and he charged 500+ aed / changing for every changing .For used spare parts he is taking more money in used spare parts shop they gave me last time 200(with guarantee) but jasr takes 400 very bad experience when i go to change starting motors they 1/2days other's taking 30mints to 1 hour for changing After that i went to another shop in sharjah industrial area 2 then that guy told the complaint is fuel injector problem & also that guys labour charges are little bit.
