Had a nightmare of a morning where I could not get onto my server. Called thsi amazing team and what brilliant service I received. Not only did he understand that I urgently needed to get on (I had payrolls to run for urgently) but as I was in a panic after 2 hrs trying to get on he put me at ease and said he would sort it, and hr and half later I was back on getting those payrolls sorted. Cannot thank him enough.

Helpful humans and easy to work with! Totality Services were recommended to speak with about the frustrations I was having with our IT system at work, which all my team use daily. I’m not an expert in IT systems but they made it clear what the problems were that were slowing us down. They discussed various options in what I call ‘pub language’ (easy to understand, no jargon!) We no longer use our slow sever and my team have access to their support when needed too. And our new IT deal isn't actually costing us any more money so it’s a pleasure to recommend them to others

We recently had networking set up at our new offices and camp, and the experience with this team was excellent. Even though we were over budget, they worked with us to deliver the best possible solution within our limits. The work was completed to a high standard. After moving in, we simply plugged in our PCs and everything worked seamlessly. They also set up phones to link our Dubai and UAQ offices, which was incredibly useful.
