Good service, professional technicians, Mr Shafeeq hospitality is good.

I drop my VW GTI to check the brake issue majorly ABS and to check coils as it misfires. Kept 2 days and after continously chasing them for quote, on 2nd day they said brake doesn't have issue since it's working fine ( while I clearly informed them brake is getting jammed when use oftenly). Then I asked them about ABS, replied like if I wanna change then it can be replaced instead of diagnosing the actual problem on brake. Their response about misfires was strange, they said "we don't have a licensed staff to drive car to see misfires".
By the way they are making a professional feel in the beginning by making a systematic job card. But I think the job card is not passing to mechanics as they don't know what to check on car.
Perhaps all the positive reviews will be paid or created. I saw the best reviews of them and proceeded, that was the mistake I did.

Note to the garage: You shouldn't focus only on making money also give importants to others valuable time & effort.

I’m not happy with your service. Hope the technicians need more professional. Especially how to use tools. Plastic closures were broken to access cables inside & it was fixed with silicon. I don’t know it’s either silicon or tar. It’s spilled all over in my boot. I came to your garage for 2 problems and going back with additional.

Indeed one of the best and honest garage in the Northern Emirates. Making this review after availing 2 services from them (Major Service, Computer Diagnosis, Front Upper Arms replacement and recently Front Axle Boot Replacement)These guys are professionals and serious in getting the job done. At first i was hesitant and surprisingly these guys have vast experience including German cars. Reasonable price, Honest work and quick service. Keep up the good work!

It's alright.. I would take my Japanese cars there.. prices are fine.. but you can't reduce their labour cost.. you can reduce parts cost from OEM to 3rd party or second hand parts. They broke some clips and they couldn't replace it so I had to go to the Toyota showroom parts and order the clips by myself and installed them by myself. 30 dhs for the clips and still they didn't reduce their labour cost. What they fixed is fine but they didnt put the car back same as before. 90% was complete with no issues and 10% I had to fix by myself. It didnt bother me alot because most of the time I work on my car by myself.. I would make a big deal for some clips and not fully fitted panels as I can fix them by myself. But they fixed the big issue which is why I took the car to them. And they added a new issue.. now air and smell enters inside the car all the time.. which made me change my rating.

This place work is perfect. They maintain my car same original. I recommend to everyone.

WARNING...!!! They are very unprofessional, they even don't know the basics of painting and all the works, highly disappointed 😒 they ruin my car the worst experience I ever had thy also cheated in the parts , they replaced unnecessary parts and charged double, Bloody Cheats.

You will be happy with their service until and unless you encounter with a problem again!!!
Unfortunately, the full body painting of my car was done there and was guaranteed that nothing would happen to the paint in the next 2 years. I was happy and the car looked good until it happened, I met with a major road accident.
The new paint got PEELED OFF and surprisingly i could see the old paint still there on the body. What the trust that once should keep in such professionalism? pathetic!!!

dear, please read the review carefully!!! I am not talking about the accident, instead pointing out that you have not removed the OLD PAINT before repainting. you have simply painted over the old one(quite easy job). see the picture for the old paint colour. Hope it is clear.
