I share my experience this is a manpower supply company for ship repair and this not for educated people this is good for those who are uneducated and I don't like this company management they told middle of night that you have go another site and you have to pack all you things and travel in middle of night, and if you are a welder then if there no job in company then they give helper job also , my advice is please avoid this company if you are educated
My experience was very worst in this company because this not a company because my trade was scaffolding and they said me to lift the scrap and they used as helper and there no helpers in company and this is a supplier company many people facing problem in this company when company will tell you there is a khicten and all ther is not a khicten but u want to use khicten formake food we have to give money to camboss so guy thinks ten times and go for this company so guys don't hurry for going to Dubai think one time and and Dubai is so expensive you can't effort because your are come from poor family so guys this was my experience in this company pls I am telling ten times not go for this company international ship repairs fze
This is a ship reapire company, no any rules and regulations in the company, more pressure on the work, mainly educated people not suitable for this company, and no value of workers
