AVOID Ijaz at all cost IF you want a professional service. He will give you 60days warranty but he will never show up for the warranty service.

During inquiry he said that he will check my fridge first for AED50 then proceed to repair only after giving me the estimate. But when he came after 10pm on 5th Sep23, he immediately went to dismantle my fridge and charged me AED250 afterwards, no initial check whatsoever. Though he didn't perform what we've agreed, I simply let that go as my fridge seemed to be okay anyway and he said that warranty is within 60days.

But only after a month, the chiller is not cooling again so I tried to contact him on whatsapp. After several follow up, he said he will come on 5th Oct but he didn't. So I called him on 7th and he talked like its the first time we talk so I forwarded him our previous whatsapp msgs to refresh his memory. But after that he didn't respond anymore and didn't answer my calls.

So don't get hyped and misled by their high google review rating. Customers who gave positive reviews perhaps are only lucky not to have the same issue within the 60-day warranty period. But if you're luck is not as good as mine, then you'll never see even the shadow of Ijaz.

Bad service

Half of the reviews on the website seems are from friends so I don’t believe them. We ask them to repair our LG fridge and they did all kind of engineering but it is not fixed. Went on to damage the fridge by putting screws everywhere inside fridge and also took the fridge 3 times to their Center but never worked better till today. No knowledge about latest technology and very unprofessional in response. Will never pick up calls after job is done. Only good thing is they tried but when they could not fix it they just dumped as it is.

Highly appreciated the support and professional support. Even in weekends they came and done the needful. We Highly recommend Ijazbhai for any further service. May Almighty God Bless and shower all blessings upon him and his team. Thanks.

I have contacted Mr. Ijaz to check my fridge at night, I got his contact through google map, he came at night and check it, and within 10 mins he recognize the default .. next day he brought the damaged part and fixed it, no issue with the fridge since that time .. his charge so reasonable.. I highly recommend him

Ijaz bhai is a gem of a person, very humble, professional and experienced in his field. I called him at 6 in the evening and he reached at my place at 7 as promised on phone. He serviced and repaired my refrigerator in approx 50 to 55 mins which includes servicing and repairing of door hinge. I was seriously impressed by his work and knowledge in his field and most of all he charged me very resonable amount. Had great conversation with him. I highly recommend his services. Would only contact him for my future requirements.

Most unreliable people !! Their service is the worst and don’t follow up on their promises. They broke my fridge regulator and kept lying that they would return & repair it. Also didn’t provide an estimate before work and then conveniently asked for charges. Do not use them !!!!

The worst service expierence, the guy hassan (pakistani, ofcourse) came over to my place to repair my fridge and he took 500 Dirhams to repair it. Only after 2 days of the repair the fridge was not working again and when I called him to repair it again, he totally ghosted me. Tried calling him for several days but no response.
Awful service, unprofessional and absolute cheat..
