Asper online shop time 10 am to 10 pm but staffs are not following on it, I visited the shop at 09 :30 pm that time shop has been closed.Really it's bad service for customer
Dears, Please take care here as this service refuses to fix the motherboard issue. However, Mobile is under warranty because there is a small scratch even not clear. This means no one has a warranty from samsung except if you keep your mobile in the box and do not use it forever. They informed that this policy of samsung.. #samsung #services Maybe in the future the car agency will tell us if you have scratched in the car, your engine will not be under warranty. It's a good thing that one bad experience pushed me to change my mobile ... I will be going to purchase an iPhone, and I will be sure that I will share my experience with all Samsung customers, that small scratch will cancel cancel warranty.
For liquid trace need 3 days . Good service and nice staff . With Samsung care you need to pay minimal charge around 189 AED don't use your mobile on waterpark. Hight pressure will damage your mobile
I gave my phone in Sharjah repair center in Al Qasimiya branch they told me 3 days now it’s almost 6 days and when I went there the shop is under renovation they never told me that will be the case I need my 8000 worth phone back.
