Overall Customer Sentiment:
Based on the provided reviews and the overall rating of 3.8 out of 5 from 415 reviews, customer sentiment towards iBerry is mixed. While a significant portion of customers report positive experiences with efficient repairs, fair pricing, and professional staff, a notable number express significant dissatisfaction, citing issues with repair quality, customer service, and potential damage to devices.
Service Quality:
Positive feedback highlights quick turnaround times for repairs, particularly for screen replacements and battery issues. Customers appreciate the perceived knowledge and friendliness of the staff in successful repair instances. However, negative reviews raise serious concerns about the quality of repairs, with reports of new damage occurring after service, use of low-quality replacement parts, and issues with device functionality post-repair.
Common Themes:
Recurring positive themes include speed of service, reasonable pricing in successful cases, and initial positive interactions with staff. Conversely, consistent negative themes revolve around the handling of issues that arise after the initial repair, particularly the reluctance of the business to take responsibility for new damage, perceived lack of professionalism in addressing complaints, and concerns about the quality and durability of replacement parts. Communication issues and difficulty in resolving problems are also highlighted in negative feedback.
Final Assessment:
While iBerry demonstrates the capacity to provide satisfactory and efficient repair services for some customers, the recurring negative feedback regarding repair quality, accountability for damage, and customer service in resolving issues is a significant concern. The disparity between positive and negative experiences suggests inconsistency in service delivery. Potential customers should be aware of the risks highlighted in the negative reviews, particularly regarding potential damage and the challenges in seeking resolution for post-repair problems. The business appears to deliver high-quality and reliable service in some instances, but the frequency and severity of negative experiences indicate areas requiring significant improvement to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and build trust.
Fantastic service! Took my iPhone in with a cracked screen and it was repaired perfectly within an hour. Super professional, affordable pricing, and great customer care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quick and reliable mobile repairs
I gave them the laptop to repair my screen, the driver took the laptop without protection(case) the laptop came back with missing rubber legs. Turns out that those are rare items only found at Microsoft. They were originals, TWO months of chasing them to take ownership and responsibility, they took the laptop again "to fix the issue" they brought it back with fake unfitting rubber bushes that were poorly glued on the laptop. And they fell off the second day. Such a waste of time and energy.
Lesson: their prices are cheap, but they are not professionals. If you have an expensive laptop, think twice before you give it to them. The damage is now permanent.
I had a fantastic experience at iBerry The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. They diagnosed the issue with my phone quickly and had it repaired faster than I expected. The pricing was fair and transparent, and they even offered a warranty on the repair. My phone works perfectly now, just like new! I highly recommend iBerry to anyone looking for reliable and efficient mobile repair services.
I recently visited iBerry Care (Karama) for a battery replacement, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After the battery was replaced, I noticed significant issues with my device:
A burn-like mark appeared on the right corner of the display.
The back camera started jerking and making noise and was no longer working properly.
I went back to the shop and spoke to their staff, including Bibin and a lady at the reception, to report the issue. However, they claimed the damage was not their fault and might have been there before the repair. Unfortunately, I didn’t have recent proof—only a photo taken 10 days before giving them the phone. When I showed it to them, they dismissed it, saying the damage could have happened afterward.
After a long discussion, Bibin offered to check the device, but I was hesitant to hand it over again, as they had already damaged my screen and camera. I requested to observe the repair process, but they refused to allow it, which made me even more doubtful. Not wanting to risk further damage, I decided not to proceed with them.
I later visited a trusted repair shop in Deira, where my friend’s technician examined the phone. He told me the damage could have been caused by overheating or excessive pressure during the previous repair. He also confirmed that the camera was damaged, and I had to pay AED 90 to replace it.
Advice to Customers:
If you are giving your device for repair in anywhere, I strongly recommend taking a video or detailed photos right before handing it over. Without proper proof, you may end up losing money and having your device further damaged.
Message to iBerry Care Management:
I humbly request you to train your staff on professional customer service and ensure they take responsibility for their work. Customers trust you with their devices, and such experiences will harm your reputation.
I have attached photos showing the condition of my phone before and after the repair for reference.

I was very satisfied with their job. They replaced my MacBook Pro keyboard (because of the liquid damage) very fast (in 1,5 hours). They provide 1 year warranty. The price is very reasonable, I will definitely recommend this place to other people
My phone has gotten replaced for 5 days and it had 1 small drop and it broke so I don’t recommend this place at all it is a bad quality place for a high price paid 250 just to get Satwa quality back glass that broke in 5 days not to mention I had asked the driver after the replacement about the back glass if it drops and it breaks with a case and it was a small drop he said yes it will be covered by 1 year warranty now I hadn’t gotten the warranty yet I got it 1 day after it was replaced so when it dropped from a very small height and broke I instantly dialed up them abt the warranty and they said no they only do it for phisical and liquid repair and and the thing is the driver had told me something completely different abt the warranty to what they have so after some talking they said they would replace it for an extra 150 and what’s the point of spending 400 dirhams just for it to break and at that point js go to satwa and fix it for a 100 if u want the same quality as them but if u don’t want this to happen to you go to Apple and pay 400, for a good quality one so I don’t recommend this place at all for iPhones as the are scammers
PLS DONT GIVE YOUR LAPTOP TO THEM... BE CAUTIOUS!!!!!!
I think they are scammers, don't give your devices to them. I did a big mistake of giving them my PC, so very unprofessional people, don't answer calls, they don't revert back and finally thye don't even fix your devices. After chasing them for 20 days, I'm so frustrated.
They damaged the laptop completely
Pls be aware and do your check
Recently, I had my MacBook serviced, and I’m pleased to share my experienceFrom start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and transparent. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to understand the issues I was facing. My MacBook was diagnosed and repaired within the promised timeframe. They are expertise with excellent customer care, making the process stress-free.... I highly recommend this service center and I’ll definitely return for any future maintenance needs. Many thanks to team iBerry Care... 🙏👍
You took my RGB backlight keys. That was the entire point I bought the laptop and you have the audacity to tell me you didn't replace it, and charge me 700 on top of stealing the backlight.
