Having very bad experience with the team. Very Unprofessional, not committed at all. Dont give any job if you have any deadline as they will just say "sorry we had an issue" after that they dont have any answer and they even dont extend any kind of support after that. Better stay away from such vendors.
Made boxes with them twice till now. Product is ok however zero customer service. Tried to order past 3 days, people I spoke to have zero customer service skills. Explained everything in details, sent designs but no reply after inital conversation. After sending several messages I received a rude voice message from sales person saying im alone here and I dont have time to deal with you. So well done, you just lost a customer!
