Avoid “We Fix TV” – Unreliable Service, Poor Communication, and No Accountability
I reached out to “We Fix TV” to repair my TV after the screen stopped working. They picked it up, fixed it, and charged me 900 AED—cash only, which I found inconvenient. Initially, I thought the problem was resolved, but within two weeks, the TV stopped working again.
What followed was a nightmare. It took me an entire week of constant messages and calls to get them to pick up the TV for another repair. After 8 days, they returned the TV, claiming it was fixed, but the same issue reappeared within a week.
I then requested a refund due to the repeated failures, but they refused outright. Since then, they have ignored all my calls and messages, leaving me with a broken TV and a 900 AED loss.
If you’re considering using “We Fix TV,” I strongly urge you to reconsider. The lack of professionalism, refusal to stand behind their work, and poor customer service make this company completely untrustworthy. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I found this website online as my screen had stopped working. I blindly trusted this shop - my screen stopped working and they immediately took the tv and told me they’re taking it to satwa. Two days later I kept calling and they said they would return the tv back one day later. When I called they said they couldn’t fix the screen, and there was a screen shortage or burnout and that the cost of inspection is 50 Aed, but I could leave them the tv and they wouldn’t charge me 50AED. So I had a good friend of mine go to collect the tv and check to make sure they wouldn’t take any parts from the tv. They didn’t have enough time to do that so they just cut a fibre cable inside out of spite as someone rushed to get the Tv… this is just plain dishonest and sneaky - if you are promising something to customers you shouldn’t lie and try to scam them- especially if you want to have a good service as well as a reputation.
We ended up finding a TV repair in sharjah Abu shagara - they will replace the screen now for 350….
I would give zero stars if there is an option for us. They took my TV to fix the internal damage of the panel and brought back with physical damage. They kept the TV with them for more then a week and kept on ignoring my calls and messages. Even though we agreed to pay more than the amount quoted initially ( which was more than the new TV itself) . I want to complain about these guys to the police for breaking my TV and bringing back. It was so worse that even any other repair guys were willing to take for repair. Attaching the pics after and before condition they took for repair.
Stay away! After they had said my tv problem was fixable, they took the tv, kept it for a while and returned it totally damaged, We have to buy a new one now. Business Account person doesn't even answer my messages anymore. Immensely disappointed as I had chosen them based on reviews, but they are totally unreliable and unprofessional.

Very bad service and was ripped off where tv worked for few days and then it stopped working. Facing same issue and company will not even respond to you. I would never recommend anyone this company.
