Amazing operation going on at First Gear! Professional staff (ask for Shanawaz) and they care about the car like it is their own. Very good attention to details. They provide LIFT WASHING /underhood washing too with very nice bestim. They dry the car after washing not only with clean fiber but with airgun too! So no trace of water after you hurry off on the E11 😂. They have a designated area for seating with complementary WiFi.

I first popped into First Gear Car Wash just when they had opened a few months ago. Their Car Wash rates & offers are really attractive & service done was very neat & professional. Each time I visit they have some exotic car or rare premium vehicle being serviced or taken care of which is a quite a sight to petrol heads like me. Wanted to test on how their 9 Step Meguiars polish system would perform & I headed to them with a tough one as well. A friend had recently purchased a used 2011 Honda Civic in Black color and due to the age & the scorching weather here the paint was faded out, had was swirl marks all through & also had a lot of Mall parking dings on it. I was unsure if it would make much of a difference but Shanawas assured that it would look mint condition when the job is finally done. They took 2 full days to work on it & I can very well see why it took time now. It was quite a shock for me & my friend when we walked in as the car was gleaming & sparkling black. all swirl marks gone to an extent where its almost like a mirror now. I have stopped going there, I was regular customer for long time, recently come to know the new owner engaged in unethical way to get the front showroom during the transition. I came to know that the old owner sold only the washing business.

Not like before, worst services, no experienced staff, old staffs left already, not cleaning good, not recommended for detailing and wash, i think management changed.

They scam walhy they scam they will take your money and do nano carmic and they tell you there’s 5 years warranty but once you back for any issue or damage they start they not covered

They take a good amount of time to clean the car and that is because they do their work very sincerely and they really take care of the car and give each stage of cleaning its time without rushing just to finish. Literally, they leave the car spotless and I appreciate them and all the team members for doing this and the best part is that tbeh don't need someone supervising them ti do their job well, they are all professionals and handle their section of cleaning really well.

This is a follow up to my previous review after reading the owner’s reply which I think is the same supervisor that I was dealing with as the owner is probably spending some family time and wouldn’t have time in few hours to check CCTV and reply to my review, in fact I can prove easily that he is lying (even tho CCTV won’t show what I’ve been told) but it can show that what is written in their reply is not true !
-in the comment you mention that the car was almost finished and only glass was left ! So publish a picture of someone vacuuming the car or cleaning the interior !

Once again you’re lying to me instead of apologizing for the mistake you did and this proves exactly how bad is your attitude towards your customers. If you were honest and told me that you’re only having 1/3 of staff I would have gone to another place and saved my time, but instead you lie and hope that people will just take it as now it’s too late the car is inside!

3rd follow up. it’s easy to say whatever but people will prefer to see proofs, so you better post the CCTV picture of somebody vacuuming inside and cleaning the interior if you want to prove that you’re saying the truth! Repeating the fact that I didn’t pay only shows the frustration I was having since everyone knows that 20dhs won’t make anybody richer especially if I own few cars ;) Now it’s up to you if you want to run your business with this attitude. Please do not waste my time even more with your blabla so if you want to reply post pictures to prove what you’ve said in your comments.

Upon their intial opening of the car wash, they were giving out 10 coupons, valid until July 2022.
9 coupons were 5 dirhams off the price of a car wash and 1 of them was 50% discount on the price of a car wash.
I requested a full wash (in and out) which was 30 dirhams. You would think 50% of 30 is 15 dirhams but the worker said only 5 dirhams were to be discounted. Both the labourer and his contact (presumably management) were talking over the phone for 10 mins discussing this complex mathematical equation.
I ripped up the coupons and threw it in their bin.
