Best EV garage in Dubai . I’m truly impressed of how professional, very well organised , clean, hospitable this garage for Electric Vehicles is!! I had been to quite a few and some of top rated ones in Dubai but this one is definitely the best! Very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional staff, warm environment, premium service that I never encountered before not only in Dubai but even in Europe where I lived most of my life. I highly recommend this place so really don’t waste your time trying others ..you won’t find a better one for Your EV . They can change the software for navigation and fast chargers even for Chinese cars and Teslas that are not GCC specs. Prices are very affordable compared to others and compared to the quality of service. Thanks Adeeb for patiently listening to my needs and making even more effort to support me and respond / clarify all my doubts giving me very straightforward and practical solutions . Thanks to the girls in call centre and in reception was super easy taking an appointment and agree in advance the time range for the visit so if you are a busy person like me that value your time , there you will find people that value it too and they will do the necessary the quickest they can .. not like most garage that tells you to leave the car for days just to charge you more for fixing a small thing . To conclude really reliable, professional and honest. (Rare mix ) especially here.

EVS wasted my time, disrespected my trust, and charged me for services they never performed.

I booked major service + gear oil change. Waited 11 days. Dropped my car. Nobody updated me — I had to chase them.

On Saturday, I found my car untouched. When I asked for the key, they refused and dragged the car inside just to rush 30-min work before closing.

They billed me AED 783, including AED 486 for a “major service” that never happened.

Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. They lie, delay, and squeeze money. Be warned.

I have took my car to them to fix the door and to program the software to GCC the door stop working the next day. It doesn’t open anymore, and the GCC,software they have added is an old version cpu that they should not add to the 2022 mode! and i didn’t know that until i took the car for checking in other workshop!

I took my car for repair, but the service was below standard, and they ended up damaging the car. I cannot recommend dealing with them.

These guys are really professional especially in EV cars, they know exactly what and how to fix every single part in the vehicle. I had a problem in my tesla MY , the LTE, navigation , preconditioning and many setting access was hidden. I have checked 2 other EV SHOPS and the answer was the same (not possible to fix) The car took 4 days in EVS workshop, they have fixed all the problems from A TO Z plus offering me a discount without any regrets. I want to thank Mr. ADIB for his follow up and updates!!

Worst service ever, more expensive than tesla service center itself, awful customer service, my car took more than 20 days after being told that it’ll take 1 or 2 days and then didn’t even start working on it & I haven’t been updated at all, barely anyone there answered my calls or replied

Yeah I gave my car for one month. That is very bad service car initially I’ve got worse conditions and I gave it to them. Car was very dirty. It seems like they don’t give a no interest in their clients. If you want to save your car don’t come there, please, very expensive same price as Tesla but Tesla will do better job
