Absolute garbage. 1. Phone menu takes you to a message telling you to use their web site and then hangs up on you. 2. Submit a web form. No acknowledgement, no call back. 3. Contact Us takes you to a WhatsApp chat link. Web robot at WhatsApp answers "Sorry! I am not able to understand" to any request. I am amazed and disappointed that a company like HP would use a company this bad for its warrant support.
Be careful! Don’t repair your laptop or anything with them. I’ve been waiting for two months just to fix the keyboard. I called the call center, but no one provides updates. They reply to emails late and don’t even give correct information. The service is terrible, and I’m worried about my laptop.
I totally agree with the rest of everybody’s reviews. No one answers the emails. The phone lines currently don’t even work and when they did no one answers or picks up for over 10 minutes. I have a printer that is with them I can’t even approve or decline as I have not received an email. I have been emailing them consistently. What a disgrace I’m extremely disappointed and considering buying another printer and definitely not an HP . Even when you move from one location to another it won’t even connect to the Wi-Fi. And yes, it is 5G.. 200dhs for a printer head charge is absurd .

Worst service. I have given my laptop for repair. They gave quote within 3 days. I have asked them to return back the laptop as it was expensive repair. There is no response on email. Sent multiple reminders. Call Center doesn’t pick call. They just pick and don’t speak. Delayed or no response. No way to contact them. Redington you guys should partner with parties who can value customers.
