Had them for deep cleaning of my 2 bedroom apartment. They charged me 1500. But I don’t think it was professional cleaning. They didn’t clean under the carpet. They didn’t clean the doors or anything and neither did they clean the washing machine. I don’t think they did a professional job. I had to tell them to clean several places that they didn’t even touch! Very poor job! There was no attention to detail! I wouldn’t recommend them! Find someone else!

I scheduled an appointment for 8 a.m., only to be informed on the morning of the appointment that it had been moved to 4 p.m. due to an error in their location scheduling. This lack of organization is unprofessional and demonstrates a clear disregard for their customers’ time.

It was very easy to book my duct cleaning. Gregorio and the team were professional and focused. They took care to keep my home and belongings clean while they set up and used their tools. The work was done quite efficiently and I was impressed with the post-clean up and photo presentation of the work they had done in the vents that I couldn't see -- big difference! Not only would I book this company again, I would highly recommend. Save your money on the bill, get a job well done, and if you can, tip the guys well!

The reviews are fake, don't listen to them. They demanded my personal information when I refused to give my email and documents, they refused to cooperate. A dubious company with a dubious reputation demands too much personal information from you, and if you don't agree, they refuse to cooperate with you. Be careful, these guys are acting against the law in Dubai.

We booked this company purely because they clearly state on their website that they use only Eco-cleaning products - yet we found the cleaning team with the normal chemical products. When we raised this with the Eco Clean management they blamed the cleaning team and didn't want to take any responsibility. Their website clearly states they offer a professional service and a guarantee that if you are not satisfied - they will come back and make it right free of charge. This was never offered and instead we were advised that if we didn't pay the invoice then the amount would be deducted from the cleaning teams salary. I leave you to decide if you want to use a company with this approach to their customers and employees.
