Above company was so amazing, professional, they followed up on me before, during&after service. I needed fridge rubber fixed, it was done with perfection. I highly recommend above beautiful company for your home services. I recently encountered some inaccuracies with the business listing for Durat al Emirates. The services advertised included stove repair, which was the primary reason for my contact. However, upon reaching out, I was informed that they do not offer such services.
My refrigerator is LG , it's totally off due to high voltage , i called LG to schedule appointment for a visit but unfortunately they said will come within 48 hours , then i was keep for urgent visit to solve the issue to skip food damage inside the refrigerator and found these guys, they work is un professional and they do some soldering work on the pcb board that controlling the refrigerator which lead to a big short on the board and they informed me to replace the board after they damage it ! , I denied that and informed them to put anything back , the next day when LG after sales service staff came , they found that the issue is not from the pcb board but from other fuse beside the refrigerator compressor, and due this guys unprofessional work i got charged for a new pcb board 535aed and for the new fuse 35aed , my advice is whatever your issue is , don't look for a cheap work even is your issue is a bit little ! And now instead of paying just 35aed + visit fees for that little fuse to solve the case i paid almost 535aed for the new pcb board , 150aed charge visit and 35aed for fuse replacement for LG .
Rude technician, bad attitude, unprofessional, the owner when discussing the fees with him he said (thats the price,if you dont want leave it).My dear you are not the only one. Reply: you didnt offer a new board my dear you said you will TRY to fix it with the 350 dhs. And no, no one was polite.
Very bad experience. Fake spare part was installed and my washing machine stopped working within 10 days after repair. Now they're not even bothered to return our calls. Absolutely unprofessional and not at all recommended!!
