Horrible horrible service. I was so surprised with the star rate they received here and so I booked their service, but I totally REGRET. They checked the AC and told me it only needs cleansing and gaz. They stayed for SIX HOURS !! They damaged my AC & without my consent they brought a too cheap one and replaced it without my permission. This is highly risky and dangerous especially with our hot weather which may cause a fire. They damaged my wall too.

I didn’t approve their service which took 6 hours and asked them to bring it down.

Be careful when you see the star rates here. Don’t get mislead by it. Also make sure any company you deal with has a trade license.

Horrible service. After claiming full maintenance of ACs one of them broke down shortly after came in and installed something and charged for it few days in broke again and charged again for a second time. Broke for a third time and no answer regarding the issue for a week.

I contacted them more than 3 times, whenever they pickup they inform me that they'll get back to me within 5 to 10 mins to confirm how many technicians theyll send and what is the suitable time, and they never get back to me, its been 2 days till now and I just gave up on them. (What i want is a regular cleanup and gas refill for 7 AC split units.)

Made them service and clean my ac in my office and two rooms in my home as well...a week later there is water leakage from the drain pipe from all 3 ac's and the ac stopped cooling as well. Requested them to come and check and fix the issue but they're always busy and not interested. Definitely do not recommend this team and there are many better ones out there. The climate at the moment is soo unbearable we do not need non committed and unsatisfactory work from these kind of people.

Review for AC Cleaning and Maintenance Services

I recently hired Hassan for AC cleaning and maintenance, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the cleaning was done hastily and carelessly, leaving behind dirt and grime in the AC unit. It was evident that the cleaning was not thorough, and my AC continued to function poorly despite the supposed "service."

Secondly, Hassan's habits were unprofessional. He arrived late and seemed disorganized. During the maintenance check, he was careless and did not properly address the issues. Instead of fixing the problems, he seemed to make them worse.

Overall, I cannot recommend Hassan's services due to his lack of professionalism, poor cleaning standards, and inadequate maintenance skills. I expected much better for the price I paid.
