I've had good experiences with this shop in the past, but today was disappointing. I arrived at 9:30 AM, as the posted hours show they open at 9 AM, but even by 10:30 AM, the shop was still closed. I ended up going to a different store. It would be helpful if the business hours were updated to avoid inconveniences like this.
My printer was making a strange grinding noise. I took it to Cloud Computers UAQ Sarurday morning around 11:00. They called me after 5 to pick it up. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.
My printer was old and not working properly. When I got it back from Cloud Computers it was like a new machine. Very happy with service. Thank you!

Salam! I wish to speak to the owner or at least the manager of this shop. It’s been over a month since you were not able to fix my laptop (which is still with you until now), and I’ve been trying to reach out to any of your team and no one’s providing good and fair solution.
This is the only way I could get your attention since you are not answering to my calls or responding to me via Whatsapp.
A short background of my case, I first came in to your shop to ask you if you can fix the case cover of my laptop which has a crack on it. Everything is working fine, only the hard case is the issue.
When it was returned to me, they were able to fix the hard case issue but the touchscreen is not working anymore. I have asked your team to fix it back and now, your team wants me to pay to fix the touchscreen issue which was not my fault in the first place. Only the hard case was my problem. Your team broke my laptop screen and you want me to pay for it for fixing.
How can that be fair? I hope someone provides me solution once and for all. All your team in the shop is so hard to reach out to. It’s my laptop, and I’m the one who is chasing for it.
Is that the best service you can give? I wish nothing but better service from you guys.

تواصل معي مندوبين يستخدمون اسم الشركة و تم الاحتيال علي حيث ارسلوا أجهزة مختلفة عما طلبت و بعدها توقفوا عن الإجابة على مكالماتي
اتصلت بمقر الشركة و أخبروني انهم لا يوجد لديهم هكذا مندوبين
المريب في الموضوع عندما اخبرتهم بضرورة الابلاغ عن هؤلاء الاشخاص كونهم ينتحلون صفات المندوبين و يستخدمون اسم الشركة في عمليات النصب كان الرد انهم لا يريدون الابلاغ !!!
وهنا أتساءل هل يتم التغطية على هؤلاء المحتالين كونهم على علاقة بالشركة ؟؟!!
