Hello, my name is Ogwal Emmanuel and I am from Uganda. I had an opportunity of attending smart phone repair training course from Britco and Bridco, Dubai branch. It was really a great experience that I had and I really learnt a lot( hardware and Software) - from zero level to level four technician. Britco and Bridco have got the best trainers who endeavour to provide all the necessary skills and knowledge that their students ought to have . They take good care of their students and they are really welcoming to all students from different countries ( Uganda , Mali, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India , Philippines , Ivory Coast among others). In my opinion, I rank Britco and Britco the number training institute in the world because of the high quality service that they provide. I gave my phone to repair and they said they will call me back but no reply and even i called them back still no responce and finally i took back my phone very bad service by britco / Reply to your message :- 05/01/2022 first of all my name is not yusus , its yusuf secoundly i dont have time to post an fake reviews , check in your system the job card number is 19BDB 70490 25th dec 2021 , my device was working , only the problem was LCD but they told me they will recieve as dead device , i asked them why and they told me its our policy , Anyway after they cant find the lcd they give me back my device with dead position and it was complete deffrent parts inside broken and burned ,

It's worst service center I have visited in my life, No guarantee about your data backup and all they don't experience engineers to do the work given mi phone for the Charging issue they have fixed it but completely vanished my data without our acknowledge even they delivered the mobile wit Chinese version

The mobile service team and the receptionist were both excellent. I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. They quickly identified the phone issue, explained the repairs clearly, and completed the work in less than an hour. My phone has been working perfectly ever since.

Worst experience for me.I gave the mobile 3 times for repair and it took almost 1-2 weeks for repair but the issues still persists.i spend 120 AED for repair and more than that my time i stay in Ras Al Khor and every time they say the issue is fixed,which is not exactly fixed.Now the recorder is not working also the display is not proper.Every now and then i have to restart the mobile.
Technicians are not professional.
My time and money wasted.

Please i request not to go to this service center you will regret.refund my money as promised.i cannot visit your shop for money that will be again time waste.

I already said I wasted my time and money so i dont want to come to you again expecting that you will provide better service.
I really surprise to know that 17year experience was not enough to repair my mobile.
And you have not mentioned anything about the part you installed.I repaired it from some other center and after that i never had any issue,that make to put such long message.again no more time to argue.
Experience was bad and that part you installed was duplicate as per the technician who repaired it and fix it permanently.
