Actually they open 11:30, not 11:00 as it says on Google and their homepage. Called them and asked about it. They are aware of it, but they still have not changed their opening hours online. They did not apologize or anything. Just kept saying they open at 11:30.
Bike shop at business bay is hands down the best place to rent bike near the Dubai canal🤘🏼, they have a wide range of bikes, the bikes come with all safety included, the brakes and the headlights all work, the helmet is optional, but yes if ur in need of any other gear they have it. I recommend to rent bike for atleast 2 hours and visIt the burj khalifa point . I love it.
Brought my road bike to get serviced and it looked ok, but then discovered on my trip that the rear brake is not working, which was a disaster and really ruined my experience. Would not recommend.

Pretty ok service. I had a tube puncture so I came in the store wanting a change of tube service, but instead opted for the full service package. Dropped my bike around 5pm and got it the next day all looking brand new 👍🏼 with a fixed tire. Bike looks and feels really fine with clean chain, tuned up brakes and gears and very clean frame 💯
Took my mountain bike to the Al Barsha store to have the hydraulic brakes serviced. This was their Basic Service, for 120 AED. They topped up the fluid, bled the brakes and tightened the rear disc. Lub'd the gears and gave it a clean. Good English spoken and good communication on WhatsApp. Very happy with the service.
Very pleasant surprise. Wouldn't expect a workshop in 20th floor but it's there :) Thank you for saving Santa this year when I needed quick service of a kid bike. The gentlemen working on 24th Dec was very kind and helpful. Can only recommend!
