I recently hired Awal Experts for AC duct cleaning after my doctor suggested that my son's frequent illnesses might be due to poor air quality. My brother-in-law recommended them, and I’m glad he did. The team, led by Junaid, arrived exactly at 2 PM as promised, and they were three guys in total. They came fully equipped with large vacuum machines and took photos of the ducts before starting, giving me a clear idea of the work needed. The team was very professional and considerate—they covered everything with plastic sheets and masking tape, wore gloves and shoe covers, and always asked for permission before touching anything. They only asked me for an extra trash bag, which was no trouble. They showed me photos of the AC coil and were honest in telling me it didn’t need much cleaning. They advised me to have the maintenance team handle it instead to avoid unnecessary costs. I appreciated this, especially since my building manager warned me that disassembling any AC motor parts or fan could void the warranty with the AC company. They also pointed out that the AC duct covers weren’t fixed properly, causing black mold around the area, and they sealed the gaps with silicon once the cleaning was finished. Additionally, they sprayed the ducts with antibacterial and antifungal solutions, which was a great touch for ensuring a healthier environment. The whole process cost 450 dirhams, which I was hesitant about initially, but the quality of service and attention to detail made it worth it. After completing the job, Junaid and his team showed me impressive before and after photos and promised to send a full report. They went above and beyond by cleaning the floor and the toilet they used to wash the parts. They even broomed the floor and left the house spotless. They are really good and offer very competitive prices. I got duct cleaning done for my 1BHK just for AED 400 and Mr. Jawad Hussain is an expert and his team has done a very good job. I would recommend the management to focus on the customer service and sales team as I found them very unprofessional. But the service team is really great!
This is an ac cleaning company only no repairs. They tried to scam our management by demanding full payments in advance before even checking the actual AC repair job. Even though they dont have any technicians in house, they said they will hire them on demand from other ac repaire companies. We were fooled by the good reviews. Seems false. We will never use their service. ____ Update: They lied in their response below. They literally said 100% advance payment is must before they do any work or even check the AC, never said 50%, they sent that in writing They repeated multiple times in writing they bring technicians from other companies as they have non, they only do ac cleaning in house. Be very careful dealing with them.
We had Junaid and team to do the AC duct cleaning and they did an amazing g job. Very neat work and a team of professionals. Highly recommend
