A very bad company. They force you to pay before the process starts. You pay and find that the service is very bad from the employees to the officials. This branch is located in the Ramtha area. The car wash is very, very, very, very bad. I’ve been coming to AutoPro just for their car wash service, and I’ve been pretty happy with it. They offer two options: the automatic wash, which takes about 5 minutes, and the manual wash which is more thorough and takes about 20-30 minutes. The manual wash even gives you the option to have them lift your car and clean underneath, which is a nice extra. They also have other services that I’ll provide as pictures below. The staff does a great job with the drying, cleaning the inside, and vacuuming. The whole process is pretty efficient, and I always leave with a clean car. What I also like is that they scan your QR code from the YES app every time, so you collect points with each service. After four visits, you get a free wash, and you can also redeem points for cash, which is a nice bonus.
Located in a remote area but convenient enough for those who want to carry out automotive services. Multiple bays for simultaneously working on vehicles. Open until 12 AM.
More waiting time
Nice service from AutoPro, checked my battery health for me a couple of times and were generally helpful and polite. I go there for small jobs like battery change, oils change, etc, and I recommend them.
Prowash staff are not polite and had the worst experience here.

The official's Salusasankan lack of respect for customers and not washing the car
They know nothing about wheel alignments , they only make excuses regarding your car parts being not well due, needs to be changed in order to do the wheel alignment, apparently you have to fix parts which are not even related to the wheel alignment.otherwise they will not entertain you.
