AutoFix Multibrand Car Service Center - Fujairah

Good workshop with expert mechanics, and Mr irshad, the service advisor who knows the customer relationship very well, my third time I'm dealing with them

Hi,I book a Appoinment with AutoFix for my car polishing, team give Appoinment 10 Am in Fujairah through WhatsApp confirmation . I drive my 15 km to reach workshop . Even road in work shop bad. Once reach the work shop on-time (10) staff inform me we don’t have polish service . Really it is very bad experience with AutoFix . It will my first & last with them. I hope you understand my feeling . I got call from CSM for apologizing for the scenario . Bad Service . Customer service knowledge is 0.

Just went there today by appointment for change oil, and inspection,the staffs are very friendly and professional,the reception are clean that you can wait comfortably. Highly recommended this autoshop👍🏻👍🏻i hope in my next service for my car they will have another offer again. Thank you auto fix fujairah. 🙏🏻

The experience was great! I did my initial car service after i purchased my vehicle and soo lucky i was already at the auto shop that has good standards and customer friendly. Starting from the call center agent Mona she was very accommodating and patient in answering all my questions, to Mr. Nair he was excellent in handling the customer while reaching his office he explains very well what should be checked and the proper procedure to be done in the service, lastly to the good mechanic Mr. Shuab he was very professional he thoroughly check the car and honestly tell the customer which parts should be change and parts to kept for awhile. Autofix car service is definitely a place to be recommended and should be visited. the place is very clean, accessible and convenient to stay and wait while the vehicle is on service.👍👍👍

The worst ever garage ever I seen the stuff are just passing there time non professional I will not recommend anyone to use autofix

They have adversements for 99 aed oil change car wash and health check ups.If you go there for this offer after inspection they will tell you many items are damaged and need to be replaced.Only for replacing parking bulb they have charged 50 aed( if we go to car accessories shop you van do it within 15 aed)Also for ac filter 100 + tax.As they have only original spares parts.As like other local workshops you can not buy from local market duplicate spare at the time of work.You need to inform them 2 days before if you need duplicate parts.
They need to bring customer by showing ads in facebook like 99aed offer and charge customer huge amounts by replacing other things.

Before you go to this workshop think twice.
Most of the other positive reviews here may be created by their IT team.Dont believe it and be cheated.I enquired other reputed workshop in Fujairah about the Ac filter.The original filter costs only 80 aed and compatible price is just 40 aed.See the difference almost double these people charged.
Pls stay back from this workshop if you have value for your hard earned money.

Went to this garage to fix my dent on the bumper and re-painting works for my hood and roof. Very professional staff and friendly. Shoutout to Mr. Sambhu Nair for a good customer service. Will come back next time for preventive maintenance of engine.

Worst I will not recommend to anyone the staff was unprofessional and for tyre change they take more then 2 hours the worst service and the worst management
