One of bad garage and will not back again expensive and bad service + no trust
The Al Ain Branch is so cool and the staff are so professional, kind and understanding. I brought my car for detailing on a friday, but they finish the job even before they closed. I would like to commend the manager, Mr. Jish, Mr. Lijith And their crew for a job well done on my car, it looked like a new one.😊 Definitely will come back here for other services and will recommend it to my friends as well. Very Bad Experience. I brought my car without ac. I droved 40 minutes to their place no ac my phone is over heating, im driving with 42 degrees outside. the man answering whatsapp is not helpful as I ask for location. He gave address and told me to google it myself. When I came I'm all sweaty he was sarcastic and laughing even wants to debate about location thing. Very Unprofessional, very rude. Did not offer apologies. Another man offer chai or tea while I am heat exhausted. Could have offer some cold water as I am flushed red from the heat outside. Last time we brought our car took them months before fixed. Will totally not recommend. Please be professional to all nationalities. I do not know you and we are not friends for you to laugh at things.

Very bad garage i gave them my car for check up with cost 17,000 DHs and took it long time and still there are many faultes and not fixed the car properly, so now will go to reaise the issue with court.

للأسف تجربتي معهم سيئة .. لايوجد التزام بالمواعيد و لا التزام بمتطلبات العمل .. تم تصليح جزء مخفي و اعطاب جزء ظاهر بالسيارة ادى الى تشويه مقدمتها ..
