Bought a booklet from them. Came to redeem something from it and they said it’s not valid anymore despite the expiry date still being weeks away. Making the customer pay for their own incompetencies is unacceptable, and I wasn’t offered any proper explanation as to why, and what they will do to solve the issue. Overall horrible place with people that don’t care about you smugly sitting and ignoring you. Asked for the manager about 10 times and not a single time did he come in to the building, and no one called him for me either. I am very strongly considering opening a legal case on auto central, and maybe then they’ll see how their actions impact them.

brought my car there for insurance car repair.. but experienced a back job as my front bumper still coming out.. they fixed the back job(by putting sealant and tape) but still my bumper not that fixed until now.. now my bumper is worst 😑😑

If you love your car don’t use them, the quality of work and the finishing a normal garage can do better.. I was sent there by insurance company they take 6 days to change a rear bumper and you can see the finishing in the pictures.

Super Great Garage is highly reputable! Mr. Rafi was incredibly helpful and patient in addressing all my questions and updates. I initially had trouble communicating with my insurance for the claim, but they made the process seamless and expedited everything. They not only fixed my car but also made it look even better, replacing parts with new ones and delivering outstanding repair work. A big shoutout to the amazing team at Auto Central for their exceptional work on my car—kudos to everyone involved!

Took my car in after a minor accident In the dessert. Manager Mr. George, Mahesh, and the entire staff including mechanics, painters etc, did a fantastic job. They're transparent, honest and their work quality is excellent. There were no hidden surprises or fine print. Truly commendable service. Reasonable prices. Recommended ✅

When i bought the coupon they said they use the oil specic to vehicle. When i came for the service they use Total Engine oil for all the service. They do not have Chrysler oil and they refused to use Mobile oil for the coupon. Very bad experience from Umm ramool auto service. People who sells the coupo, they just blaber some info to get there targets. Big Companies like Al mazood is not reviewing there quality
