Asked via chat, they didn't seem to care about customers that much. Even though I've ordered phone from the store twice, I've still been treated the same way. Very bad.
Bad product quality.
I purchased Samsung charger 45W and after few days started giving loud noise. And they accepted to replace it only and no refund.
After I got the new one, it worked for few days only and after that while trying to remove it from power socket, it got broken easly.
Good shop but if you know how to bargain... you will get good price

I had the misfortune of visiting Ashtel to get my iPhone 11 back glass fixed, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. The whole experience was a train wreck from start to finish.
First off, I dropped off my phone, and when I received it back, the front-facing camera and Face ID were in worse shape than before. The camera was so blurry . And as for the Face ID, it has completely stopped working. It's beyond frustrating to pay for a service and end up with a device that's even more dysfunctional than when you brought it in.
But wait, it gets better. When I took my now-mangled phone back to Ashtel to address the issues, I was met with the rudest and most unhelpful staff I've ever encountered in any establishment. It was as if they were offended that I dared to question their expertise. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills were truly astounding.
I wouldn't recommend Ashtel to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache, go literally anywhere else for your electronic repairs. This place is an absolute disgrace and deserves to be avoided at all costs.

Left my phone for repair . Waited for the time they asked for . After that no communication. They do not care at all.
