I had recently purchased a washing machine, and the drum broke, so I googled and found artwork, and they were very smooth and reliable in fixing and delivering the washing machine within two days. They even offered me a six month warranty on the new drum. I highly recommend as they have good pricing.

I hired them before and they were ok, and I called them again because the washing machin filter was stuck, they told me they needed to change the drain pump because it is all one part, to discover later on that they only changed the filter cover and charged me for the drain pump replacement.

They returned the machin and it was leaking, they used silicon to repair the damage they caused and took 2 days on top of the 2 days they needed for the first fake repair.

When I called them back that nothing has been changed, they immediately changed the story.

I wish there is a way to prove what I say to place a complain with MEO but I have nothing but my words against theirs.

If you want to avoid being taken advantage of, stay away.

I like the carpets. It's magnificent, hands down but the entire goal of the trip by Vitor is to set you up into buying. Of course, everyone there seems to be a salesperson. OMG, it's so expensive too.

Overpriced & unprofessional. Unhappy customer. If we dont agree for the price, they will charge 50 dhs for the visit. No bill provided.

Repair of microwave.... Although the owner mentioned 30 dhs will be charged if no repair works done...
Such a waste of 30 AED for not repairing with them.
I saw their online rating and chose to give them the job.

They need to repair a microwave by sending it to sharjah... And they expect one to pay 350 AED for microwave repairing... Howmuch does a microwave cost brand new? On the other hand his technician is offering me a 2nd hand microwave for purchase...

My original microwave was worth 550 aed already. I was okay with upto 200 aed for repair but 350?thats no joke...

I got the same machine repaired from another repair technician within same day for 150 AED.. No jokes but this is extremely shocking how this place has a 5 star rating.
Never again approaching them.

This review is purely based on my 1st experience with ART after job was completed...Will update at a later stage if faced with any sudden issues... We needed to get my washing machine serviced and thoroughly cleaned. Found loads of companies with loads of fake reviews online, but ended up choosing ART Works LLC. Mostly dealt with Usman, who was polite, straight fwd and quick to reply to my queries through WhatsApp. Charged me about 250dhs for a full servicing for 1 unit, including pick up and drop off. They normally take 2 days to return your machine, but during Ramadan (work late) they were able to finish evtg early and deliver it back all wrapped up back within 24hrs! No drama, no probing for extra money, no problems or deliberate damage done (in my case), and the job was done properly the first time round - just the way it should be. Usman also shared pictures of the cleaning process. My machine works fine so far with no more leaking (had this issue due to dirt clogging the pipes inside). Will definitely use them again and would recommend their services to all. Thanks guys!

Very bad costumer service and arrogant people………they will ask for visit charge for not doing anything……..very poor knowledge and unprofessional staff…….Don’t recommend this company…..
