I silute for great customer services aqua group, specially Mr paolo, the man of steel will to provide the services at the top of the sky. 2nd time in life i learned the most important 2nd thing to live like human, never burnt your self in bird's eye view. Thank you so much aqua group, staff, thechnitions and labour to assist me and guide me and fix my machine in most relevent and appropriate way to save cost and time.

If you want a product that breaks down after a few months, then go with Aqua as a supplier to most shops in UAE, and don’t honor the warranty. Really disappointed to have the run around between supplier and shop, and losing out a significant amount. Very disappointing. I hope they treat customers with more respect as it reflects on their product in the various shops.

Pathetic, and stubborn Staff, very very unprofessional

Poor quality and high prices. As the previous reviewer said, their products will show problems very fast. And they do not honor their warranty. I bought an aqua pool heat pump at around 6k, had to replace it in a little over a year. Also stay away from their LED pool lights, so many issues with them.
