I had a truly awful experience at AMT Linking Technologies. A man named Sulaiman sold me a phone cover for 35 AED, swearing to God that it was one of the best and strongest covers available. I had to replace my old cover, which had served me well since 2019, because its color had faded. Trusting Sulaiman's word, I bought the new transparent cover.

To my dismay, my phone broke from a single fall, despite never having been damaged before with my previous cover. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, Sulaiman denied any responsibility. I was then directed to the so-called manager, Seju, who was incredibly disrespectful. He claimed that the cover was poor quality and only worth 15 AED. He even blamed me for the damage and walked out on me while I was explaining the situation.

I have been a loyal customer of this shop for a long time, but after this terrible experience, I can no longer recommend AMT Linking Technologies. They clearly prioritize marketing over customer satisfaction. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I have replaced 2 time in less than a month back cover of my iphone 13 pro even the phone has a protection cover. When i came to inform the staff he was very rude with me.

Mr Hari working in AMT mobiles is an absolute gem of a human being. He is very knowledgeable. Is very helpful and has courteous behaviour towards customers.. I urge all customers to go and look for this man and I am sure he will solve your problems.. The AMT management should consider giving this guy a promotion.. Genuine people are rare to find the this guy is your best employee. Thank you so much Mr Hari. Will recommend to anyone having any issues with mobile phones..

No doubt it's nice shop..they have lots of options but they took extra money for the same phone which was available at low price online.I have seen good reviews that's why I trusted & went there but it bcm a mistake. If you want to go please check price online...

Price was good and the behaviour of the shopkeeper is very good. He cleared all my confusion regarding duplication of the product. One of the best shops in Defence Street, Abu Dhabi

They are the biggest cheats on the street. They sold me a J5 Pro much more expensive than the next door shop and when I paid by card they charge me 2.5% on top. When I complaint, they said this is my price and I should have checked other shops. Basically don't directly go to this shop, check few shops on the street. You will certainly get better deals than this shop and the service and behaviour will be much better.
