Fraudulent behavior. They’re
selling used parts for the same price of new items. Probably their way of sending off customers who don’t want to buy stupid bundles to get the item they need. They tried to sell me a used CPU without box nor warranty (9900k) for 1400 aed while I can get it new on Amazon for 1392 new with warranty. I would recommend caution when dealing with such shops.
Very unprofessional too, guy was almost sleeping on the phone and had no straight answer at the time, he had to check with his “brother” aka check market price, he also sounded like he’s new to the PC world not knowing how to call cpu models.

Great customer service and great computers. And the warrenty policy is amazing. Mr.dhanushka helped me to build a supperb bugget gaming pc with great specs and i recommend him for all those who willing to buy a gaming pc for a bugget. I do not recommend buying from them. I bought a laptop from them and noticed a black sticker on the back of the laptop. When I asked them, they told me that the laptop comes like this from the company. I paid the money and left. When I removed the sticker, I discovered that there were many scratches.

I have brought dell latitude 5470 I can even play gta 5 .nice laptop.itsin good condition.thanks to al wafa computers.i am very happy costemer .i recommend this shop

Really first time in my life I feel shy he help to finsh my work after I don't have change it's not about the moneybut the way he's dealing with customer really he deserve not only 5star all respect to you and sure I will came only in your shop agine and agine ... By the way first time in he's shop never know him befor Thanx alots agine for your nice dealing with the customer

The worst shop ever everything not as advertised unprofessional environment i join inside the shop and GPUs are all over the floor and aren't handled correctly they install cheap 1$ thermal paste for most parts i don't recommend them at all

Very rude arrogant, poor service l, Cheaters, tried to sell me ram and ssd for more expensive then amazon also parts was used not new avoid avoid. This shop fraud they will install all used items and charge u full price. There attitude also very poor, no customer service, very rude, making customers wait and talking very rudely and arrogant. + On the phone they told me 80aed for ssd NEW when I got there, it was used item. 256 ssd used 70aed (same amazon NEW 65aed) Ram used item 8gb ddr4 60aed (amazon 58aed brand new.)(When I showed him he tried to tell me the amazon ram was server ram lol it wasnt it was ddr4 2666mhz 8gb laptop ram)( i purchased both from amazon now and installed successfully. Also I didn't make any low ball offers. I offered 120aed total (since i was there and wanted to get it over with) which was 10aed less then wot they asked Which is reasonable, After I asked, they gave me attitude, first guy walked away then second guy disagreed also and started started removing the items from sale and showed attitude. At this point I left and said this is bad service because frankly it is, the guy started shouting somthing as I walked away.

whoever is on whatsapp is just leaving on opened while im asking questions
