Avoid them please!

Unfortunately, very unprofessional management. they will send 2 cleaners without informing to try to force to pay double.
and when challenged will fight and be very rude.

Despite asking to send with cleaning materials, they came with one type of Soap and use it for everything, kitchen, floor, toilet, etc...

Vacuum cleaner was received not working and took them 2 hours to send another working one.

Feel sorry for their workers as they look genuine.

Dissappointed. Worst decision ever.
Please dont appoint this team. Very bad service.

I will have to call another team to clean as they had not completed it fully.
When I asked them to clean something which he is supposed to clean in the package, he told me that we cannot clean, if you want you clean yourself.

Extremely poor management and highly unprofessional. They show up whenever it's convenient for them, regardless of your scheduled booking. I had booked an afternoon slot, but they insisted on starting earlier just because they were already in the area — completely ignoring the time we had arranged. There’s a reason for scheduling, and they clearly don’t respect it. Communication is also frustrating — they message or call repeatedly at unexpected times without giving any clear heads-up or proper notice. As for the cleaners themselves, while they do basic tasks like sweeping, mopping, and wiping, they don't put items back where they found them. Things are just left wherever, with no care for organization or detail. What really crossed the line was when one of the cleaners tried to grab my baby without asking. Completely inappropriate and lacking basic manners.

I recently used Al Safa Cleaning Services and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Monita, in particular, did an outstanding job. She was punctual, meticulous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience even better. I want to change my review, they are very unprofessional and unresponsive , you havr to chase their guy Islam to confirm appointments, and they cancel within less than an hour for personal reasons Without informing, they force you to take two maids for 1 hr job to pay for 2 hrs!!! So disappointing! Even when they sent the two maids, first time only one of them was working, and the other was not doing anything despite instructing her.

Outside jet wash cleaning, did a decent job. Could have tried a litter harder wiht customer service and attention to detail. Missed a few spots and didn’t go over and beyond to keep a customer. Overall good service. (10 mins late and left 5 mins early)

Reliable and trust worthy service, its been 2 months I have been using their service, starting with Deep cleaning, of the flat to weekly once hourly cleaning. I can completely leave my home in their hands and go out. One thing I really liked about them was, They go in detail even the slightest spot we miss. Thanks and keep it going. Highly satisfied and top recommended.

They dont have any respect for their customers!! Never deal with this company as they will accuse you unnecessarily and insult you without any reason

Very bad custoner service. I have been requesting a call to arrange a maid for regular cleaning. But there has been no progress. Tried calling so many times. But no one responds to calls.

Yesterday a small team from Al Safa Cleaning ( Roki, Rotna and Sohel) cleaned up my apartment, and they did it very good: quickly, neat and very clean! They also washed the windows, even in hard to reach places. I’ll be happy to call them again
