Company took control of my insurance claim and kept me up to date on details. Easy communication within work time. All done in 3 days.

I had a small scratch on the bumper, instead of polishing it, they repainted the whole area - BADLY. Paint was all bubbled up, with specs of dust, so the car looked like they came out of a big accident instead of minor. This also indicates that they have no proper, ventilated room for painting, they are painting the cars outside!
Unbelievable in 21st century….

They also haven’t reattached the car model letters at the back - they have left it for me in the glove box!
This is unbelievable- leaving the letters for a customer to glue back, even though they unnecessarily removed it, to unnecessary paint what could have been polished!

They also asked me to sign handover papers stating that the car is in perfect order, before I even saw the car!
Lucky I didn’t.
Stay away from this garage - if I could, I would give them 0 stars!

My visit to this garage was a waste of time. Went with an issue with my car AC, even after 2 days, they couldn’t find out the exact problem. It may not be due to lack of experienced people, but they are so crowded that they can’t find time for repairs. And above all of that, they give preference to ‘some’ people (you guess).
I went there seeing all these google reviews, but I believe they could treat customers better.

No one picks call had to visit 4 times for insurance repair but still didn't fixed it

Please Everyone be aware from this garage , the work quality is too bad ,I took my car to this garage to repaint front bumper ,the paint job was horrible rather than fixing it they made it worst moreover they have left all over the car scratch marks ,the staff to be honest are friendly but work quality is zero

Terrible service. So unprofessional, trying to put old parts instead of new. Terrible paint work. They have damaged even new parts and have to repair it after. After their work you can never sell the car without loosing a lot of money. Highly recommend to avoid this shop.
