I had a terrible experience with this shop. I initially visited to fix a jar leakage issue and a damaged blade. They replaced the blade, but the leakage persisted as the jar wall was also damaged. They then recommended purchasing a Preethi mixer grinder jar for AED 65. I asked if it was compatible, and they assured me it was. However, after just two uses, particles started coming off the jar. When I reported it, they claimed the bush was damaged due to overuse. I requested them to file a complaint with Preethi, but they refused, blaming mishandling. We've used mixer grinders before without issues. My advice: avoid this shop. They just sell but dont take responsibility of item that they sell. I have a doubt if they are authenitic preethi jars.
Very good staff! I’ve never seen a shop as professional as them
waste of time and money on service, better buy new one or choose any other shop. they did fix my issue lost my money collected equal to product price of new and their behavior is very bad attitude, threating like gangsters. @ShjMunicipality please check their valid license owner sitting in the shop @sharjahpolice Please read the review given by others customers below which i told is same.
