I recently visited Al Houshy Tyres & Car Services Centre in Sharjah, just a 10-minute drive from Qusais (during non-traffic hours) for tyre replacement and wheel alignment. The staff was professional and efficient. What I liked the most was the customer waiting lounge, which was comfortable, as well as the washroom and prayer room – a thoughtful touch for those who may need it during their visit.
I recently visited this place for a car wash, but I was very unhappy with their service. They didn’t wash the car properly and didn’t do a proper shammy wash. It seemed like they were just passing time. In the vacuum area, the staff was unresponsive. I spoke to their supervisor, and he kept saying, “Okay, we will do it,” but his staff didn’t listen to him and ignored my requests. I pointed out unclean areas 3–4 times, but they would clean only that specific spot and leave other areas dirty. I request the owner to focus on improving their management. Also, the cleaning area itself was very dirty, and they don’t seem to clean it regularly.
Recently I change the Tyre , service was good but they didn’t accepted my credit card they asked me for cash.this is the reason I was unhappy
Very poor customer service & irresponsible. I called before coming, spoke with Jamsheed, he confirmed availability of tyres, i drove a long way, when I reached here the guys dont care, they are busy attending other customers who arrived after me and eventually told me they dont have stock.
