Called them on 16 July as I had an issue with my fridge, the came the next day and they said that they need a spare part so they left for 5 hours and came back in the middle of the night when I was going to sleep. They fixed the spare part (that did not look like my original spare part). Three days later my freezer is not working.. I informed them alot of times and again they came just unplugged the fridge and replugged it and said it's fixed. After 2 days I informed them on WhatsApp that it's not working Aug 13. There was no reply on WhatsApp. I called them 14 times in the last 10 days but no answer. I used a different sim card he answered almost immediately. I went to their shop today, the man working there said that this is not the shop's number. I called the number again and to my surprise they answered and said that he is not an electrician he is just some guy working for a telecoms shop and that the technician is actually "injured" and travelled to receive treatment.. These people are scams and they will take your money and then not pick up their mobile, which is by the way the same number they posted on google.
Called this person in the morning and arranged a time. I told him Al Wathba, sent the location and we agreed on 150. Then 20 min AFTER the arranged time he calls me to say it’s too far and charges 300 (!) So I wait all day, nobody shows up and then I get a call charging me double. Disgusting.
