The branch reopened today 25th December 2017 Now It has fast queue and three self service machines one inside the branch and two outside . The outside self service machines available 24 hours 7 days a week .
Unfortunately they don’t call you by token number, if you have token then you need to wait for hours for your turn, bad customer service
المكان جدا جدا جدا سيئ لعدم وجود كراسى للانتظار حتى إتمام الخدمه المطلوبه والتي تكون في بعض الأحيان تتجاوز 15 دقيقه.. ناهيك عن الموظفين المنهكين والمتعبين بشكل ملفت بسبب الوقوف على ارجلهم طول فترة عملهم دون مراعات ظروفهم الصحيه او البدنيه من قبل شركة اتصالات.. اصبحت شركة الاتصالات لاتهتم ولاتلتفت لراحة الزبائن وموظفينها. وهذا الملاحظ من قبلي في الافرع الجديده توفير على حساب راحتنا وصحتنا وكأن الموضوع دخول محل للتبضع والتنقل بين المنتجات وليس كإتمام معاملات والخروج .. نتمنى من شركة الاتصالات الأخذ بمحمل الجد في راحة الزبائن مع موظفيها بحد سوا.
كثرة التكنولوجيا قد تؤدي إلى بطء في خدمة المتعاملين عندما تصبح الأنظمة معقدة أو غير متكاملة بشكل جيد، مما يزيد من الوقت اللازم لمعالجة الطلبات.
للأسف الشديد اشتقنا لايام سرعه الانجاز وتخليص المعاملات بسرعه في اتصالات ( لكل موظف كمبيوتر سريع وينجز عليه ويمكنك الانتظار في كراسي مريحة على عكس ذلك الان لا يوجد كراسي الانتظار و كل موظف لديه ايباد او كمبيوتر محمول دائماً ما يكون بطيء او خلل في النظام ) ((((( دائماً ))))
