Al Bedayer Garage

I called them asking for a spare part, they said yes available, when i arrived at the garage, they made me wait 2 hours, they said they are on a break, although i can see them inside working on other cars, and after that they said oh we don't have the parts we need to order it, they didn't even check the car.

You can simply refuse to repair my car, or tell me the parts are not available from the beginning, but don't waste my time while i can use it in some other garage more professional who knows how to handle clients.

I highly recommend this garage! The team was very professional, particularly Sonali, who kept me updated throughout the entire process until the job was finished. Both the paintwork and mechanical work were handled well.

I was recently facing an issue with the gear shifting in my Veloster, and my cousin recommended I visit Al Bedayer Garage. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chamilka, the advisor, who guided me through the process. The team used a scanner to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be with the Transmission Control Module (TCM), also known as the gearbox. After discussing the issue, I trusted them with my car, and I’m glad I did. Instead of replacing the entire gearbox, they were able to fix the problem by replacing the dual clutch and the computer box. This was a much more cost-effective solution compared to replacing the entire gearbox. I’ve been working since long time with Al belayer garage team . I’ve been experienced excellent service with them , they are conducting what’s app group for communicating with me , actually that’s the great part because I know each and everything what they are doing regarding my car during the repairing period , so there’s no any miscommunication or no any headache with that , all parts original and on time service and also at last they did super clean on my car and also really affordable price, Thank you so much all , who supported me in many ways .

I've booked them for a some services of my Toyota Corolla 2022 and they've pick and did all the services as we agreed, before start the work they sent me an estimate ans once I approve through WhatsApp group they started work and everything they updated on WhatsApp group, and once they finished they did a premium wash including interior I'm so happy with. Terrible experience with Al Bedayer Garage. I took my Porsche Cayenne for repairs and they kept it for 2 months. When I got it back, they had lost the plastic lid that went under the car, lost the plastic cover for the engine, and even left the seat loose inside. The car still has problems, and I’ve already switched to a different garage. Unprofessional and careless — never going back.

THE WORST GARAGE EVER!!!

MY CAR WAS STUCK IN THIS GARAGE LAST 3,5 MONTHS!!

I got the car back today without getting fixed and damaged a lot of other expensive parts which I need to deal to fix with another garage now.

I decided to change break pads and timing belt in this garage. Guess what happened? They destroyed the car and and it took 3,5 months. Still the car is not fixed.

I spent around 6,5 k (2,5 k for the parts and almost 4 k for this disaster garage) for all these things and car is not fixed yet.

They damaged the shock absorbers and shock mount while they were changing the timing belt.

Car start to have oil leakage where exactly timing belt is.

AC stop working properly. They also broke all the ac grills in the car while they were doing detailing inside the car. And now AC is even throwing water inside the car from the grills and it’s very noisy.

They damaged the tailgate hydraulic.

The funniest one is the roof fabric got damaged and I paid 580 AED to fix it.

Don’t waste your money and time in this garage. You can’t even reach this people to get update about the car even after several months waiting.

Whatever they are trying to fix, they are damaging other parts at the same time.

They have me the car 2 months ago and said that it’s fixed. I found out they forgot to connect coolant and engine was almost about to burn. I fixed in another garage immediately.

Same day there was heavy oil leakage and I brought the car back.

Moreover, I waste my 3,5 months and 6,5 k in this place. In the end I need to fix lots of parts in another garage now.

Don’t go to this place. When I was there, there was another lady got mad and asking why no one is answering the messages and calls since 1 month. It seems this is their style to ignore the customers. Finding excuses.

The only issue with my car is to change the break pads. I just wanted to change the timing belt because the car is on 110 k km.

I regret big time that I gave my car to this garage. These people are careless. Best think they can do is to talk bad about your car. And believe me guys my car was in perfect conditions before they destroyed.

Good luck for people who is still considering to give them a chance.

Very bad experience, no recommended. after I bring car and took 2 days to make inspection, start to inform me about failed parts which is their mistake , delay for 15 days always finding excuse of Technician sick or another workshop is not working , not to mention not replying to calls , plus I received the car without fixing all the parts properly which I found later in the trunk & alignment was done very cheaply affecting the steering of the car , not to mention last time also they were avoiding my calls & hiding invoice of some parts that I requested to increase the price , this time I gave another chance but they are always playing around . overall not recommended

We took our car to Al Bedayer Garage for a simple brake and timing belt replacement, and it turned into a complete nightmare. The car had no issues beforehand, but after almost 4 months, we got it back with more problems than we started with. To make things worse, they charged us extra for the damage they caused themselves!

Getting in touch with them was nearly impossible – they purposely ignored our calls, and we had to use different numbers just to get a response. Their customer service is beyond unprofessional.

If you value your car, your time, and your money, don’t trust this garage. Now we need to spend even more to repair what they’ve destroyed. This is by far the worst garage experience we’ve ever had. Avoid them at all costs!
