Alex and Team made very good service, very friendly and very good work ethic! They came on a Sunday and fixed our AC which our Building maintenance cannot fix. They did a very good job, our AC is now working fine during this very hot weather! Will definitely recommend Alex and his Team for any AC Repair/maintenance required.

I recently called Aifa to check 1 of my AC in the Springs, which was not cooling. I had told for a standard cleaning service of around 250 Dhs.
There were alot of technicians that arrived, no clear communication, giving misinformation and not telling me what they are doing and what the charges were.
They gave me a Bill of 800AED for a 250AED job... they were forcing me to settle the bill and were not ready to explain exactly why they charged me such a high bill.
After a few days, the problem came back and their customer service team was not helpful alot and I'm still waiting for answers
I would honestly not recommend this company at all.. please stay away!!!
Extremely unprofessional company.I won't recommend to any one it unprofessional works team are doing missinformation.they are totally unprofessional and cause more damage making false report which unit working only take photo from that to show in report.even in photo can see clearly how they done there job after damage no one pickup phone are response
Great service. Really thorough clean of my AC system on my villa. They protect all furniture. Really clean service. Alex and his team are excellent. Highly recommend!
I had a problem with my AC – it was not cooling because the gas was low. I called SK Maintenance Company, and they came quickly. Their team was on time, found the problem fast, and filled the gas properly. Now my AC is working great. The price was also good. I highly recommend them for fast and affordable AC service!
I had a water leakage in one of my ac unit.
Called them and they were quick to come (and get paid)
Unfortunately they did not solve, after 30 min they left an esplosion of water happened again.
They came other 2 times.
Let me pay a repair that was useless and then tried to upsell me on a water tray that will not solve the issue.
The issue was the ac unit and not the tray (ai have a video proof)
Results? 450 aed wasted, multiple water esplosion and a refusal to refund.
Stay away. They are quick to respond if it is convenient for them
I’m very happy with the work done by Shail Khan. He did everything in a professional way and finished the job on time. The work was done in Al Barsha and the quality was very good. He gave a good price and did not lower the quality. All the home maintenance services were done well and I’m fully satisfied. I highly recommend him!
SCAM !
Do not use this company.
They came to my house to sort out the AC (which was not fixed).
I paid their extremely over priced prices, and then when I messaged a couple of days later to say that the issue has not been resolved and to come back they have done nothing but ignore.
Still to this day no reply from anyone to re do the job which they did not fix.
Scam, they don’t know what they are doing & they are not a trust worthy company.

Terrible service - instead of maintaining my AC they broke it. Now it is 28-20 degrees even if I put the AC in maximum and it does not cool at all. When I spoke to a technician, he gave me an appointment to come and fix it, but then just did not show up. When I asked him why, he said it was his day (while he proposed a day himself). Now it was a month and they still have done nothing, and we were stuck with this through Eid holiday and storms. Now they claim it has been too long and it is not their fault
Update: I had to hire another company to clean my AC - and they said that AC has not been cleaned for years. Meaning AIFA had not done their job and cleaned only the outside filter and now they refuse to give my money back
