ADNOC Service Station | Fujairah Beach (762)

Buzziest station, but dont have enough staff everytime. not recommend to refill. very long time waiting

I recently visited this ADNOC station and I wanted to take a moment to commend Jaseem, one of the staff members, for his outstanding service. Every time I stop by the station, Jaseem is always there, single-handedly managing 6-7 vehicles at a time. Despite the busy atmosphere, he consistently maintains a friendly and professional demeanor, greeting each customer with a smile. Jaseem's dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed. He ensures that each vehicle is attended to promptly and with great care, even when he is the only staff member on duty. It is clear that Jaseem is a valuable asset to the team, and his exceptional service greatly enhances the customer experience at the station. Thank you, Jaseem, for your unwavering commitment and excellent service!

I went to Adnoc Lube to get an oil change, but when I arrived, the only staff member on duty wasn't at the desk. I had to wait for over 20 minutes before he came to assist me. When he did, he told me to park my car in a specific area and opened the hood to check something. But then he left to put on his safety shoes, because he wasn't wearing them at the time. After he returned, he told me that they didn't have the oil needed for an oil change. So, I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes at the dealership without receiving any service.
I was really disappointed with the staff member's lack of helpfulness and efficiency, so I decided to leave the dealership without having any work done on my car.

The worst service I ever had at a petrol station. I arrived all the guys helping was in a heated argument , I had to hoot several times eventually one came but he said he doesn't have a tag . After some time another one came saying they are changing shifts . Eventually they started fulling up my car . After I was done again I had to hoot for someone to come and take the thing out so I can pay the same guy with no tag came did not know how to remove the pump from my car so I said I'll do it and I'll come back to pay I am just getting a coffee . After I came back the guy didn't know how to handle the card machine so I said never mind I'll give you cash . I only had 100 the bill was 100.45 he then proceeded to be aggressive even if I said I'll pay by card he wanted the 45 fills. I recommend really that they see how they treat people and train their staff . Over 20 min I was there .

Very good customer service by staff . Especially one of the staff his name is Jasem Is very friendly and always with smile even in busy time also… Very nice guy

Very unprofessional staff. The guy inside the shop only knows how to say "No". I am ranked gold with Adnoc Rewards. From today I will avoid all Adnoc services and Adnoc petrol pumps.

wonderful experiences I’ve had at adnoc coffee shop. The quality of Spanish lette coffee is consistently superb, and Turkey cheese croissants are simply delightful and freshly baked. I got 50% offered with my rewards point. Every visit feels special, thanks to the warm, friendly, and attentive staff. They always greet me with a smile.
