i love pistachio frappe in adnoc station. thats why i pass-by every now and then on this place…the staffs are very accommodating and have wonderful radiant smile. perfect bah!
I paid for platinum car wash at 45aed today at 1.30pm, the car attendant took card payment from the car in front of me but then asked me to pay cash. Which I did. However when I went through the car wash at 2.03pm I did not get the platinum with rainbow foam (I always get this one) I just got regular car wash. I complained and the guy pretended he didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand. I also asked for a receipt which he said I paid cash so couldn’t get. Finally he gave me a receipt. Really shady service. So disappointed. The station itself is nice but not the car wash attendant.

It’s really good place for staying. Only 1 thing should be replaced which is mattress, it’s sprung mattress quite old one. Customer service really help full

I asked the guy to make FULL -SPECIAL-CARD,
When the pumped stopped i go out of my car and tell to make it more full. And rudely he pump it roughly so the petrol spill out ( he should know that it should be done carefully because of the pressure) and i said that be carefull and make it slowly. But he said no its full thats why it is like that. Then he pump again roughly again it spills, for me no problem i can do it by myself . I can make it, but he dont want to give the pump. I asked for a rug to wipe the petrol in my car but he said he dont have. But the good guy came (cleaner, not sure) and he said he will do it. I am a regular customer of this station (specifically) first time i have this guy which is rude, if he dont feel to do it is better not to do it at all.
I hope it will never happen again neither to others.
Pls cancel the eGas card and its awful renewal process. Terrible.
Staff are good but annual renewal process is very stupid. Like, I have a card with balance but expires 2 yrs ago. They ask you to renew for 1st year, pay fees and come back after 3 days to renew for the aecond year and pay fees again. Its not finished, you have to xome after 3 days to pay fees and renew for the current year. Why renew for past years when I was away? And why this long renewal process? Really weird. Hey, we are in 21st century and computers are so damn helpful. Wake up and improve this very annoying and unprofessional service.
Rasheed (The third shift supervisor) has no manners and is leading the team in the third shift by setting a bad example for his team. There is no policy posted at the check out counter regarding refund or exchange. There is no implementation of rules, staff's tone varies based on what nationality they are dealing with. Arguing with customers with no patience to hear out what the customer has to say. With such basic customer service skills missing from the team, I don't know how they're representing ADNOC. I highly suggest to run authenticity checks on the competency and experience of the team before they represent ADNOC at a busy gas station.
The service was good but the public toilet needs to be improved. Less space but its looks well spending areas.
