Adarc Computer

A few weeks ago they kept me waiting for almost an hour, always telling me to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the salesman to finish with a customer. They never offered to have me talk to someone else and weren't honest about the wait time. I eventually had to leave without talking to anyone. I went back again after calling in to make sure someone's available and booked a time with him. When I arrived on time there were no other customers there, but they told me that salesman was gone and wouldn't be back for another 30 minutes. They said the manager would be able to help instead, but as soon as I started talking to him, he got a call and went to his desk and asked me to wait, which I did for 15 to 20 minutes before I left. There are so many people working there and at their desks, and I have no idea what use they are if they can't service a single customer.

Awesome company. Faheem was great from start to finish, excellent service. Was patient with me to build the right custom system for my needs, and it is really good. Advised me on a few things to make it future proof, and it should last me years with some room to upgrade in the future. It's the only place I'll use in Abu Dhabi for pc parts and builds moving forwards. Thanks again guys.

I bought two PCs for our kids at Adarc Computer Store. Wasnt sure what build should I go for, since I was on quite a limited budget. Faheem helped us enormously, picked optimal components for a very reasonable price, explained everything, kept me posted on the entire process. Overall he was very knowlegeable, helpful and patient. I am writing this review almost a month after the purchase. So far absolutely smooth, lag-free performance. I am very happy with this shop and I will be coming back for sure. Highly recommended.

I am really impressed by how proffessional and helpful the team in this shop are their prices and pc stuff are just amazing with wide variety of stuff to take from I am so glad i got to meet Sajjad shahul and shamsheed they are very helpful and welcoming such a great experience i reccomend this over any shop for pcs !

Very unfriendly staff. Worst experience! we as a reseller never recommend this shop. their staff doesn't know how to deal with customers. especially train your sales team. I purchased from another shop because of their arrogant behavior.
