Absolutely not worth it…. They will fix only minor issues at your location once it looks a little complex they will take your device home for the next 2 days (minimum)… in my case they even switch my device and gave me something else…soo many red flags I can’t fully mention them here.! I wish I could give -1 star…
I had used the services to repair my computer as I had a screen issue. After contacting them I found that they were very trusting, reliable and more importantly very swift with their work. They also charge much better then most companies with considerate prices. I would definitely recommend people to contact for help or support with their devices

The pictures they upload here are fake. Fake advertisements and fake people. I had a repair on my iphone done in Aug 2024. The agreement was to: replace the battery, the frame, and the screen. The phone was perfectly functional other than the issue with the low battery and the scratches. Mind you they don't offer onsite repair. They collect your phone and bring it to "their shop" instead. First attempt, they changed the screen and back side and the frame. They still put on the same old rusty shutter button and sim tray. They fixed those on the second attempt but they didn't put the water seal. Third attempt, they fixed that but added industrial glue to keep it in place? 🤨 The glue was completely unnecessary. Anyways, a few days later, i tried to pay for my groceries using apple pay but it didn't work. I asked them for the 4th time to fix my phone but they refused. They wanted me to go to their store in Sharjah to have it fixed. I told them to fix my phone onsite so I could see how they work. That's when I found out that they don't actually have their own phone technician. Even the co-owner himself admitted. They're laptop technicians who hire third party phone technicians to fix phones for them. They never responded again after I demanded a refund. October 2024 came and I noticed a white spot on the screen, it didn't bother me much so I ignored it. On November 2024 first week, the screen separated from the frame because the battery became swollen. I reached out to 971fixing but they ignored me. My phone had the original battery for 2 yrs and it was 87% before deciding to have it replaced by 971fixing. This comes to show how poor the quality of materials they use and their service. I will not recommend them ever!! You have been warned.
Today I changed my broken hinges and frame of my laptop with 971 fixing. It's awesome service, technician came to the my home changed within half hour and handover to me..service was much appreciated more than my expected level and thank you 971 fixing Team.
Very fast and trusted. My laptop was fixed after the technician left the battery wasn’t charging, after calling them they come to fix it ASAP 👍🏾💯
